Methane, Methane, Methane. What a Pain.

"Methane made up only about 9 percent of greenhouse gas emissions in 2011, the E.P.A. said; carbon dioxide is easily the most prevalent gas. But methane is much more potent. Even though it rapidly breaks down in the atmosphere, its contribution to global warming is 21 times greater than carbon dioxide’s over a 100-year period."

Satiating Snatiation

"Gillian Weeks, 29, head of sales and development at a production company, refuses to let her snatiation get in the way of satiation...Her sneezing, she believes, is triggered by a combination of eating and cold weather. On wintertime dates, Ms. Weeks says she would alert suitors about the inevitable. "I would often leave a restaurant and say 'Just so you know, I might start sneezing convulsively,' " she says, hoping they would 'see it as something adorable.'"
